Description:
Free Cooling System
The Free Cooling System is designed for installation in telecommunications base station containers for mobile operators. The system operates according to a predefined control algorithm, supplying filtered outdoor air into the enclosure while simultaneously extracting warm internal air.
Cooling is achieved by utilizing the natural temperature difference between outdoor and indoor air, eliminating the need for compressor-based refrigeration equipment (air conditioning). This results in significantly reduced energy consumption and highly efficient thermal management.
In applications where traditional air conditioning systems result in high operational costs, the Free Cooling System can reduce total energy consumption for thermal management by up to 90%.
The system is designed for reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions, including rain, wind, dust, and extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +65°C.
Key Advantages:
Maintains optimal operating temperature for telecom equipment inside the container
Ensures continuous and stable operation of telecommunications systems due to the fact that it can control split air conditioners installed on the site
Extends service life of temperature-sensitive equipment
Extremely low energy consumption
Vandal-resistant design with concealed fastening system
Integrated data logging module (30-day memory storage)
Remote monitoring via Ethernet and GSM, with server-side software integration
Electricity meter data acquisition and transmission
Low-noise operation
Operating mode: Air recirculation mode supported
